Call meeting to order. The meeting was called to order by Board Member, Sheila Coleman at 4:30 P.M. Board Member, Kris Gray was present.  Board President, Margaret Henningsen was absent. Also, in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite

Due to the absence of Board President, Margaret Henningsen, Kris made a motion that Sheila serve as acting President for this meeting, Sheila seconded.

Minutes:

Kris made a motion to approve the minutes from the May 1 and May 22, 2019 Board Meetings, Sheila seconded.

Correspondence:

None.

Financial:

Sheila made a motion that the board approve ratification of Voucher #9121 and payment of Voucher #9122, Kris seconded.

Maintenance:

Jerry brought the board up-to-date with the teacherage roof project.

1. FY 2019/2020 Budget Proposal – Motion to be approved by Sheila and seconded by Kris.
2. Statement of Authorization Forms (Expense Voucher & Payroll) – Approved and signatures
3. Board Authorization Form – Approved and signatures
4. FY 2019-20 Intergovernmental Agreement for Special Education Services – Approved and signatures
5. Employee Staffing Agreements- – Approved and signatures
6. Policy Services Advisory 646-650- Reviewed/ First Reading
