REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
February 19, 2025
The meeting was called to order at 4:04 PM.
Board President, Christina Nisbet and Board Members, Charles Adair and Jana Hare were present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistants, Sue Hite and Carolyn Beall.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Christina made a motion to approve the January 15, 2025 meeting minutes, Jana seconded.
Financial: Wayne made a motion to approve the payment of Vouchers #9117 and ratification of Vouchers #9115 and 9116, Jana seconded.
Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs.
Head Teacher Report
Old Business: Board signed a Notice of Employment for Danielle Nelson as Emergency Substitute Teacher.
Advertisements will be placed for the Head Teacher position for the 2025-26 school year.
New Business:
A: Wayne made a motion to change the regular meeting date to the 2nd Wednesday of each month, Jana
Seconded.
- The board reviewed ASBA Policy Advisories No. 809-818.
VISITORS: None
Next meeting scheduled for March 12, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. and Board Training on March 20, 2025 at 3:00 P.M.
