REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
January 15, 2025
The meeting was called to order at 4:02 PM.
Board Members, Christina Nisbet and Charles Adair were present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistants, Sue Hite and Carolyn Beall.
Pledge of Allegiance
1st order of business was to elect a Board President. Wayne nominated Christina; Christina accepted.
Minutes: Christina made a motion to approve the December 11, 2024 meeting minutes, Wayne seconded.
Financial: Christina made a motion to approve the payment of Vouchers #9113 and #9114, Wayne
seconded.
Board Member, Jana Hare was present at 4:15 PM.
Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs.
Head Teacher Report
Old Business: Consider hiring Classified Employee, no action taken
New Business:
A: Elect Board President
Board will vote on Date and Time for regular meeting next month.

Next meeting scheduled for February 19, 2025.
