Approval of the Agenda and Minutes for June 11, 2025 and June 25, 2025. ~-Approved by Christina Nisbet with Wayne Adair seconded.

A. Governing Board Members- Update Teacherage cleaning repairs and maintenance for new Teacher move in.
B. Head Teacher – Summer break no report

Margaret Henningsen addressed proposed budget increase
Jennifer Hill addressed proposed budget increase and expenditures

- Consent Agenda items:
A. Ratification of Payroll Vouchers; 25, 26, 27 & 28 – Approved
B. Ratification of Expense Vouchers; _FY 24/25 9124, 9125, 9126 & 9127_. Approval of Accounts Payable Voucher FY 25/26 9100 and 9101 – Approved
C. Playground court repairs. Wayne Adair moved to approve moving the basketball poles and Jana Hare seconded
D. Administrative Assistant Transition Plan discussion/action- Cristina Nisbet moved to revisited after information and discussion section, Jana Hare seconded
E. Maintenance Position Discussion/Action –Cristina Nisbet moved to post Head Maintenance position, Jana Hare seconded
- Specific items of District business:
A. Adopt or Decline ASBA Policies 819-862, 863-865 & 866-875 – Wayne moved to Table until next regular meeting Christina Nisbet and Jana Hare seconded.
B. Exceed M&O Subsections form – Allows 2025-26 Maintenance and Operations Funds be processed without exceeding designated budget. – Signed
C. Advice of Encumbrance Fiscal Year 2024-25 Signed
D. Board Authorization for time Slip Approval – Signed
E. Adopt 2025/2026 Budget – Adopted – Motion to adopt by Christina Nisbet and Seconded by Jana Hare.
H. Information and Discussion items (Matters about which the Board may engage in discussion but will take no action during meeting)
A. Review ASBA Policies 876-905 & 906-908 – review
Board votes to go into Executive Meeting Administrative Assistant Consultant contract details at 5:30 PM

Board Votes to return to Regular session 5:35 PM Christina Nisbet motioned and Wayne Adair Seconded
G. 1. D. Administrative Assistant Transition Plan discussion/action – Christina Nisbet moved to offer outgoing Administrative Assistant an Administrative Assistant Consultant contract. Wayne Adair seconded
