A. Call to Order (President) at 4:05 PM
Meeting called to order by Christina Nisbet, Approved by Jana Hare & Wayne Adair.
B. Adoption of Agenda
Motion to approve agenda by Wayne Adair, Seconded by Jana Hare.
C. Pledge of Allegiance (President)
D. Board Meeting Minutes not previously approved.
Motion to approve Agenda and Minutes for July 9, 2025 and July 28, 2025 by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.

F. Limited Call to the Public (President) –
- The public is invited to speak about any agenda item.
- There is a limit of three (3) minutes per speaker and 20 minutes total.
- Request to speak must be in writing and provided to the School Secretary at the beginning of the meeting or prior to any agenda item.
- The President has absolute discretion over procedural matters.
- The Board may waive their “Public Participation Policy” as it applies to all speakers.
- Members of the public may indicate their support or opposition to a topic, in writing, that will be noted and entered into the record.
- The Board may not respond to comments from the public, but may ask the facilitator to respond or place the item on a future agenda.

- Consent Agenda items:
A. Ratification of Payroll Voucher: 1 & 2 – Approved
B. Ratification of Expense Vouchers: 9103 & 9104 – Approved
C. Basketball court/playground maintenance Discussion/Action – Christina Nisbet motioned to purchase and install the new basketball poles in the correct location and remove the existing ones, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
D. Maintenance/Maintenance Assistant Job Description and Work Log/Tracker. Discussion/Action – Wayne Adair motioned to approve, Seconded by Jana Hare.
E. Exterior Teacherage and Garage painting $450 for painting the TEACHERAGE GARAGE, and $4000 to paint the TEACHERAGE HOUSE, by Derik Ormsby. Discussion/Action – Motion to request new/updated quote from the painter to paint only the exposed wood on the garage by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Jana Hare.
F. Identify the frequency of budget updates, routine of reviewing the budget at certain intervals during the year. Discussion/Action – Motioned to have quarterly budget/projections update reports by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Jana Hare.
G.Backup Custodian position. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve hiring Nicole Stillbert for Backup Custodian position by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
H. Provide personal belief exemptions to vaccines course link on webpage. Discussion/Action – Motion to have form with link information available for parent/caregiver if inquiring about vaccine exemption by Wayne Adair, Seconded by Jana Hare.
I. Blank purchase order revision. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve new format by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
J. Excess furniture in the garage. Discussion/Action – Motion to donate items to the Crown King Fireman’s Auction by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.

A. Adopt or Decline ASBA Policies 819-862, 863-865, 866-875, 876-905 & 906-908 – Motion to table by Christina Nisbet, Seconded Wayne Adair.
