Meeting called to order by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
B. Adoption of Agenda
Motion by Wayne Adair to approve agenda, Seconded by Christina Nisbet.

Motion by Wayne Adair to approve Meeting Minutes from March 11, 2026, Seconded by Christina Nisbet.

F. Limited Call to the Public (President) –
- The public is invited to speak about any agenda item.
- There is a limit of three (3) minutes per speaker and 20 minutes total.
- Request to speak must be in writing and provided to the School Secretary at the beginning of the meeting or prior to any agenda item.
- The President has absolute discretion over procedural matters.
- The Board may waive their “Public Participation Policy” as it applies to all speakers.
- Members of the public may indicate their support or opposition to a topic, in writing, that will be noted and entered into the record.

A. Ratification of Payroll Voucher: 21 Discussion/Action – Motion to approve Voucher 21 by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
B. Ratification of Expense Vouchers: Discussion/Action – No Action Taken.
C. FY26/27 E-Rate Renewal Contract – Discussion/Action- Motion to approve E-Rate Contract by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair. Form 479 –Discussion/Action – Motion to approve Form 479 by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair. Governing Board Resolution Form – Discussion/Action – Motion to approve updated Governing Board Resolution Form by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
D. FY26/27 AIR Contract. Discussion/Action Motion to deny changing provider of FY26/27 AIR Contract with The Trust by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
E. FY26/27 PAF/CAF Renewal. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve FY26/27 PAF/CAF Renewal by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
F. Administrative Assistant Job Description. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve Administrative Assistant Job Description by Wayne Adair, Seconded by Christina Nisbet.
G. School Exterior Paint and repair. Discussion/Action – Discussion regarding changing the dark brown sections of the exterior of the school to a different color over the summer when Maintenance preforms preventative maintenance duties. Motion to deny paint color change, but approve preventative maintenance painting and repairs to be completed Maintenance team over the summer by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
H. Paint School Propane Tank. Discussion/Action – Discussion regarding painting the school’s propane tank as both preventative maintenance, and a creative and colorful addition to the school’s appearance. Motion to approve painting the Propane tank by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
I. Purchase Order approval to Replace School Printer. Discussion/Action – Discussion regarding replacement of 2 printers at the school. Motion to have the current IT Tech Alex Daniels move forward with the replacement and setup of 2 new printers for the school by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
2. Specific items of District business:
A. FY25/26 Budget Revision. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve Revised FY26 Budget by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
B. 9-12 Grade Expansion Update & Expenses. Discussion/Action – Discussion regarding the Boards announcement that the 9-12 Grade Expansion was approved by the Arizona Department of Education at their April 27, 2026 Board Meeting. Discussion Only
C. Head Teacher FY26/27 Contract. Discussion/Action * (Possible Executive Session) – Motion to approve revised Head Teacher FY26/27 Contract by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
D. EOP Approval. Discussion/Action *(Possible Executive Session) – Motion to approve and adopt updated EOP by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
E. ESS Procedures Approval. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve and adopt updated ESS Procedures by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.
*Board votes to go into Executive Session to discuss Head Teacher FY25/26 Revised Contract and Approval of EOP @ 6:00 PM. – Motion by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair to allow Kristine Spann to stay and attend part of Executive Session so she can present updated EOP to the board @ 6:00 pm. Kristine Spann excused from Executive Session @6:07 pm.
*Board votes to return to Regular Session @ 6:10 pm. – Motion by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair.

Copies of agendas and supporting documentation relative to public meetings are available at the Crown King School during normal work hours, 24 hours prior to a meeting and immediately preceding the Open meeting date.
The next meeting will be held (tentatively on) June 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Crown King Elementary School.
