Motion to approve Meeting Minutes for August 13, 2025 and August 18, 2025 by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair

F. Limited Call to the Public (President)
- The public is invited to speak about any agenda item.
- There is a limit of three (3) minutes per speaker and 20 minutes total.
- Request to speak must be in writing and provided to the School Secretary at the beginning of the meeting or prior to any agenda item.
- The President has absolute discretion over procedural matters.
- The Board may waive their “Public Participation Policy” as it applies to all speakers.
- Members of the public may indicate their support or opposition to a topic, in writing, that will be noted and entered into the record.
- The Board may not respond to comments from the public, but may ask the facilitator to respond or place the item on a future agenda.

A. Ratification of Payroll Voucher: 3 & 4 & 5 – Approved
B. Ratification of Expense Vouchers: 9100, 9101, 9102, 9105, 9106 – Approved
C. Budget Revision. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
D. Teacher Evaluation. Discussion/Action – Motion to table until we receive a response from Kelli Burns by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
E. Fuel/Mileage Reimbursement. Discussion/Action – Motion to adopt state mileage reimbursement form by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
F. EOP Training. Discussion/Action – Motion to have head teacher attend 2-day EOP training with approved substitute to cover classroom instruction, and reimburse head teacher milage and 1 night lodging. Motion to approve by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
G. Pest Control School/Teacherage. Discussion/Action – Motion to approve quarterly Pest control service by Brandon at the school. Teacherage is to be scheduled and paid for at the discretion of the head teacher. – Motion to approve by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
H. Exterior Teacherage/Garage exposed wood and under eaves painting quote by Derik Ormsby. Discussion/Action – Motion to have school maintenance paint areas of need. Motion to approve by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
I. Furnace at Teacherage. Discussion/Action – Motion to get quote to have the furnace at the Teacherage inspected by Todd Edwards. Continue search for additional HVAC companies willing to travel to Crown King and provide quote/services. – Motion to approve by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
J. Historical Society Storage. Discussion/Action – Guest Margaret Henningsen spoke on behalf of Crown King Historical Society. Proposed plan to box and store all Historical Society Items. – Motion to approve by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair
K. Playground Maintenance. Discussion/Action – Motion to remove old equipment with option to donate/sell/scrap. Motion to approve by Christina Nisbet, Seconded by Wayne Adair

The next meeting will be held (tentatively on) October 8th, 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Crown King Elementary School.
