REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
February 16, 2022

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:00 P.M. Board Members Margaret Henningsen and Cathy Beck were present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes:

Kris made a motion to approve the January 5, 2022 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.

Financial:

Kris made a motion to approve the ratification of Accounts Payable Vouchers #9113-9116,
Margaret seconded.

New Business:

1. Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for Election Services signed.
2. Attorney-Client Privileged- Waiver of Conflict of Interest signed.
3. Classified Employee Staffing – Board agreed to post a notice for the position of Instructional
   Assistant. Board would also like to see job descriptions for the Head Teacher’s Administrative
   duties and for the Administrative Assistant’s duties.
4. Review ESSER I & II grants
5. Review 2021/2022 budget
