REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
August 10, 2022
The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:00 P.M. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was present. Board Member, Cathy Beck was absent. Also in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes:
Kris made a motion to approve the July 13, 2022 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.
Financial:
Kris made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9102 Margaret seconded.
Maintenance
Head Teacher Report: Board agreed that they would like to clarify ASBA Policy JLIE.

- Disposal of Property
- ESSER II grant – playground project update: Sue will notify Arcadis that district is going to defer the playground project indefinitely as the proposal bid exceeds the available budget.
