REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
August 25, 2021

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:30 P.M. Board Member, Margaret
Henningsen was present. Board Member, Sheila Coleman was absent. Also in attendance were Head
Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes:

Kris made a motion to approve the August 4, 2021 Meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.

Financial:

• Kris made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9104, Margaret seconded.

Maintenance:

List updated. Sue will get a copy to Scott. Shannon will ask Jordan to do yard maintenance.

Head Teacher Report:

Enrollment:  No change

New Business:

• Board signed a Notice of Employment for the rehire of Renee Bircher for Substitute Teacher.
• Discussion on first reading of ASBA Policy Advisory 680-711
• Covid Protocol review – no change.
