Governing Board
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
August 4, 2021

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:30 P.M. Board Members, Margaret
Henningsen and Sheila Coleman were present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson
and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Unscheduled Public Appearance:

None

Minutes:

Margaret made a motion to approve the July 7, 2021 and July 22, 2021 Meeting minutes, Kris
seconded.

Financial:

• Kris made a motion to approve the ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9101 and 9102
  and approve payment of Accounts Payable Voucher #9103.  Sheila seconded.

Maintenance:

The maintenance to-do list including Teacherage repairs, school safety improvements, and
School repairs has been updated by Shannon and will be sent to Scott.

Head Teacher Report:

Enrollment:  We have six students enrolled: 2nd grade, 5th grade, 7th grade, three 8th grade

Old Business:

None

New Business:

• Renew ASBA Policy Service Agreement – signed.
• Classified Employee Staffing for FY 21/22 – Discussion and signatures.
• Covid Protocol review – the board agreed that visitors are to be restricted during school hours.
