REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Margaret Henningsen at 4:30 P.M. Board Member Kris Gray was present. Board Member, Sheila Coleman was absent. Also, in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Margaret made a motion to approve the November 4, 2020 Meeting Minutes, Kris seconded.
Financial:
Margaret made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9110 and ratification of Accounts
Payable Voucher #9109, Kris seconded.

- We are still awaiting the arrival of our Chromebooks.
- I would like to purchase a Brainpop (online learning program) subscription. The annual fee is $230.
New Business:
- Tim Carter appointed Margaret Henningsen to the Governing Board of the Crown King School.
- No change in school reopening status.
