REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
December 2, 2021
The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:30 P.M. Board Members Margaret Henningsen and Cathy Beck were present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes:
Kris made a motion to approve the November 4, 2021 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.
Financial:
Kris made a motion to approve payment of Accounts Payable Voucher #9110 and ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9109, Margaret seconded.
The board also approved the purchase of a one-year digital subscription to the Arizona Republic newspaper to have the ability to read articles recommended by the Yavapai County Superintendent of Schools, Tim Carter.
Maintenance:
Sue will contact Brian Yoder about repairing the teacherage roof.
Head Teacher Report:
The board approved the purchase of a renewal subscription to BrainPOP (a curriculum resource).

New Business:
- Kris made a motion to adopt the FY22 Revised Budget, Margaret seconded.
- Cathy Beck shared information from the Board Member trainings that she has been attending.
- The status of the ESSER and ESSER II grants were discussed. Kris agreed to lead further communications with Shari Sterling regarding the ESSER II grant proposed projects.
- The board agreed to continue following our Covid protocol restricting visitors in the classroom during school hours.
