REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
January 13, 2021
The meeting was called to order by Board President, Margaret Henningsen at 4:30 P.M. Board Member Kris Gray was present. Board Members, Margaret Henningsen and Sheila Coleman were present via a ZOOM meeting. Also, in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Unscheduled Public Appearance:
None
Minutes:
Margaret made a motion to approve the December 2, 2020 and December 30, 2020 Meeting Minutes, Kris seconded.
Financial:
Sheila made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9113 and ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9112, Kris seconded.
Maintenance:
Shannon will post another notice for the open Maintenance position.
Head Teacher Report:
The board agreed that Shannon could have a substitute Teacher if needed and not use sick or personal time to travel to Prescott for her second Covid vaccination.
New Business:
- Margaret nominated Kris Gray to fill the position of Board President for 2021, Sheila seconded and Kris accepted.
- School Reopening Status – no change. The school will provide onsite resource services.
- Board agreed to sign the Waiver of Conflict of Interest regarding agreements with Yavapai County Community Health Service and Crown King School District.
- Maintenance Position – Employee Staffing Agreement. No action taken.
