REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
January 5, 2022

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:30 P.M. Board Members Margaret Henningsen and Cathy Beck were present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes:

Kris made a motion to approve the December 2, 2021 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.

Financial:

Kris made a motion to approve payment of Accounts Payable Voucher #9112 and ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9111, Margaret seconded. Kris made a motion to purchase a replacement computer and a portable back up drive, Cathy seconded.

Maintenance:

Head Teacher Report:

The board approved the purchase of a renewal subscription to BrainPOP (a curriculum resource).

New Business:

1. 1. Margaret made a motion to elect Kris Gray as Board President for a one-year term, Cathy seconded.
   2. The board agreed to change the regular board meeting date to the third Wednesday of each month and change the meeting time to 4:00 P.M.
   3. The board reviewed the budget, no action taken.
