The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 10:00 A.M. Board Member, Margaret
Henningsen was present. Board Member, Sheila Coleman was absent. Also in attendance was
Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

New Business:

• The board discussed options and set priorities for the ESSER II grant.
  The board discussed options but decided to hold any decisions until after school begins.
