REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
July 7, 2021

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:30 P.M. Board Members, Margaret
Henningsen and Sheila Coleman were present via phone. Also in attendance was Administrative
Assistant, Sue Hite.

None

Minutes:

Kris made a motion to approve the June 2, 2021 Special Meeting minutes, Sheila seconded.

Financial:

• Sheila made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9100 and ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9125, Kris seconded.

New Business:

A.   FY21-22 YCESA Exceeds M&O Subsections – signed.
B.   FY21-22 Annual Expenditure Budget – adopted.
C.   FY21-22 YCESA Execution of Warrants – signed.
D.   FY21-22 YCESA Advice of Encumbrance- signed.
E.   Kris made a motion to approve the purchase of a replacement Smartboard, Sheila seconded.

The board agreed that they should have a study session once the Tiger fire goes to sleep and set priorities for the next ESSER grant; preferably before the project manager is on site.
