SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
July 22, 2020
The meeting was called to order by Board Member, Kris Gray at 4:30 P.M. Board Members Sheila Coleman and Margaret Henningsen were present by phone. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Financial:
Margaret made a motion that the board approve payment of Voucher #9101, Kris seconded.
New Business:
- Margaret made a motion that students begin distance learning August 5th and will attend in person beginning Monday, August 17th, Sheila seconded. If state requirements change, we will respond accordingly.
- Margaret made a motion that Shannon purchase distance learning software as discussed, Kris seconded.
- Margaret made a motion that Sue order SmartSpots, desk shields and additional masks, Kris seconded.
- Shannon was asked to post a notice requiring visitors to wear a mask in the building at this time.
