Call meeting to order. The meeting was called to order by Board Member, Sheila Coleman at 5:05 P.M. (Start of meeting was delayed due to brush fire on I-17.)
Board Member, Kris Gray was present. Board President, Margaret Henningsen was absent. Also, in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Due to the absence of Board President, Margaret Henningsen, Kris made a motion that Sheila serve as acting President for this meeting, Sheila seconded.
Minutes:
Kris made a motion to approve the minutes from the June 19, 2019 Board Meeting, Sheila seconded.
Correspondence:
None.
Financial:
Sheila made a motion that the board approve ratification of Voucher #9123 and payment of Voucher #8100 and Encumbrance Voucher #9124, Kris seconded.
Maintenance:
Sue brought the board up-to-date with the teacherage roof project.
