The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:00 P.M. Board Member Cathy Beck was present. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was absent. Also in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Kris made a motion to approve the May 25, 2022 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.

Financial:

Kris made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9125, Cathy seconded.

1. Proposed 22/23 Fiscal Year Budget approved and signed.
2. FY22-23 YCESA Execution of Warrants Between Meetings signed.
3. FY22-23 YCESA Advice of Encumbrance– Discussion
4. Annual Blanket Purchase Order – approved and signed.
5. 2022/2023 Trust Proposal Acceptance Form (PAF) and Alliance Coverage Acceptance Forms
   were approved and signed.
