SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
May 25, 2022

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:00 P.M. Board Member Cathy Beck
was present. Board Member Margaret Henningsen was absent. Also in attendance were Head Teacher,
Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Unscheduled Public Appearance:

Minutes:

Kris made a motion to approve the April 20 and May 4, 2022 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.

Financial:

Cathy made a motion to approve the ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9122 and to approve
Accounts Payable Voucher #9123, Kris seconded.
Board agreed to pay Summer School and custodial staff with ESSER grant funds.

A. Budget discussed budget for FY 22/23 and Sue will send figures to Renee Raskin.
B. ESSER II grant – playground project update.
