REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
November 4, 2020
The meeting was called to order by Board President, Margaret Henningsen at 4:30 P.M. Board Member Kris Gray was present. Board Members, Margaret Henningsen and Sheila Coleman were present electronically. Also, in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Unscheduled Public Appearance:
None
Minutes:
Margaret made a motion to approve the October 14, 2020 Meeting Minutes, Kris seconded.
Financial:
Margaret made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9108, Kris seconded.
Maintenance:
The board would like the playground tasks completed.
Head Teacher Report:
Enrollment
No change in enrollment.
ADE and Horse Fire Makeup Days
There are no exceptions for makeup days. We will have to make up the instructional hours. I just got the response today, so I haven’t had time to come up with a plan.
Maintenance
- I emailed Jerry the updated maintenance list.
- Randy is joining our maintenance team. We are waiting for his paperwork.
Technology Updates
We are still awaiting the arrival of our Chromebooks.
Halloween Celebration
The kids had a great time with Karen. They carved pumpkins, had snacks, decorated mini pumpkins that Sue gave them, and watched a movie.
New Business:
- School Reopening- No change.
- FY 2020 School Level Annual Financial Report approved by board.
