REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
November 4, 2021

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:30 P.M. Board Members, Margaret Henningsen and Cathy Beck were present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes:

Margaret made a motion to approve the October 6, 2021 Meeting minutes, Cathy
seconded.

Financial:

Margaret made a motion to approve payment of Accounts Payable Voucher #9108, Cathy seconded.
District received a Tax Credit donation from Nancy Davis.
The board discussed a possible budget revision and agreed to reduce the Maintenance and Operation funding if necessary.
