Call meeting to order. The meeting was called to order by Board President, Margaret Henningsen at 4:30 P.M.
Board Member Sheila Coleman was present. Board Member, Kris Gray was absent. Also, in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes
Margaret made a motion to approve the minutes from the October 2, 2019 Board Meeting, Sheila seconded.
Financial
Margaret made a motion that the board approve ratification of Voucher #8107 and payment of Voucher #8108, Sheila seconded.
Received $200.00 Tax Credit donation from Nancy Davis.
Head Teacher Report
No change in enrollment, however, I did receive another inquiry regarding a family with three children.
The field trip to Yavapai College Performing Arts Center was awesome.
Logan loved the camp at Phoenix Center for the Arts! If we can do it, she’d love to go again in the spring.
Maintenance
Margaret will speak to Stan Buhr, Jerry Swanson and Jerry Rhodes about completing the School safety projects.
- For policy GCF the board agreed to insert 15 days based on our current contract language. For policy GCO we will insert the current language from our policies previously approved regarding evaluations, ineffective teachers, and improvements plans.
Margaret made a motion to approve ASBA Policy Advisory 651-669 (with the exception of 664 which is not applicable, Sheila seconded.
