REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
September 21, 2022
The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 315 P.M. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was present. Board Member, Cathy Beck was absent. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Maintenance, Danny Hill.

Minutes:
Minutes: Kris made a motion to approve the August 10, 2022 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.
Financial:
Kris made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9105 and ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9104, Margaret seconded.

New Business:
Head Teacher Report: Board agreed that Danielle Nelson’s Instructional Assistant hours may be increased up to 40 hours per week and that her wages will be paid 50% from Fund 001 and 50% from Fund 336.
New Business:
- ESSER II grant – playground project update agreed upon.
- Technology Update – Board approved the purchase of four student Chromebooks w/data.
- Policy Advisories-First Reading 716-736- Reviewed
- Policy JLIE – Board agreed that they would like to revise the heading of this policy and replace the word automobile with vehicle.
- Apple Festival – Karen McIntyre and Dave Gray will officiate.
- Vesting and swearing in of new board members. Cathy will contact Tim and schedule.
- FY22 Annual Financial Report – signed.
