REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
April 19, 2023
Board President, Cathy Beck, called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Member, Jana Hare was present. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson, Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite and Maintenance, Danny Hill.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Cathy made a motion to approve the March 22, 2023 meeting minutes, Jana seconded.
Board Member, Margaret Henningsen arrived at 4:15 P.M.
Financial: Margaret made a motion to approve ratification of Voucher #9118 and payment of Voucher #9119, Jana seconded.
Head Teacher Report: Approval of 2023/24 school calendar will be on agenda at next regular board meeting.
New Business:
- Playground Improvement plans discussed.
- Cathy made a motion that the district will distribute the annual revenue from Classroom Site Funds
in the same percentage as Prop 301 funds, Margaret seconded.
- Cathy made a motion that the district use the newly revised School Liability Waiver, Jana seconded.
- The board agreed that it may be time to consider purchasing The Trust’s Pre-Paid Legal Services.
- FY 2022/23 Revised Budget approved.
