Approval of the Agenda and Minutes for March 12^th and 20th, 2025. ~ Approved by Christina Nisbett with Wayne Adair unanimously approving for motion.

1. Governing Board Members- Teacher Contract for 25/26 was accepted.
2. Head Teacher – Advised week 1 of 2 weeks of state testing started the week of April 7^th.
3. Maintenance – Building heater went out- a local HVAC tech was contacted. Repair completed.  Vacuum cleaner filers and attachments purchased for custodians

A. Ratification of Payroll Vouchers; 19, 20 and 21 ~ Approved and signed

A. FY 2025-2026 Agreement between Crown King Elementary School District and Yavapai County – Discussion and Action – Signed by Christina Nisbett and Wayne Adair

B. Trust prepaid legal Services -Designation of Authorized Personnel – Discussion and Action -District users and administrators identified. Approved by Christina Nisbett and Wayne Adair

C. FY 2025-2026 Classified/Certified Staffing – Discussion and Action – Classified/Certified Staffing agreements were approved and signed. Approved by Christina Nisbett and Wayne Adair

H. Information and Discussion Items:

A. Rescind Policy Service Advisory 809 – Review – Reviewed and discussion on rescinding. Action will take place at the next board meeting

B. FY 2025-2026 Budget – Reviewed and Discussed –
