REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
AND PUBLIC HEARING
August 14, 2024
Board President, Cathy Beck called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was present. Board Member, Jana Hare was absent. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Cathy made a motion to approve the July 10, 2024 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.
Financial: Cathy made a motion to approve the payment of Vouchers #9104 and ratification of Vouchers # 9101 and 9102, Margaret seconded.
Sue will begin tracking 2024/2025 Blanket Purchase Order expenditures.
Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs
- Hail damage to facilities was discussed. Sue will contact Versacourt. Sue will also investigate the possibility of filing insurance claim.

- Policy Services Advisory # 788-791 – Adopted.
- Policy Services Advisories # 792 800 – Reviewed.
- The board is aware of the need for a school credit card and will sign a resolution authorizing Sue to obtain one.
