REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
December 11, 2024
Board Member, Jana Hare called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was present by phone. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Jana made a motion to approve the November 20, 2024 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.
Financial: Jana made a motion to approve the payment of Voucher #9112, Margaret
seconded.
Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs
The teacherage septic line has been replaced.

New Business:
- Blanket Purchase Order. No action taken.
- Sue will post an ad for the position of part-time, as needed Maintenance.
Board Member, Cathy Beck was present at 4:22 P.M.
