REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
January 9, 2023
Margaret Henningsen made a motion to elect Cathy Beck as Board President for a one-year term, Jana Hare seconded, Cathy accepted.
Board President, Cathy Beck, called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Members Margaret Henningsen and Jana Hare were present. Also in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.
Pledge of Allegiance
Unscheduled Public Appearance: None.
Minutes: Margaret made a motion to approve the December 21, 2022 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.
Financial: Cathy made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9112, Margaret seconded.
Head Teacher, Shannon Olson joined the meeting at 4:15 P.M.
New Business:
- Board President elected.
- Policy Advisories – 737-738- Adopted
- Policy Advisories – 739-743 Reviewed
