REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
AND PUBLIC HEARING
July 10, 2024
Board President, Cathy Beck called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Members, Margaret Henningsen was present. Board Member, Jana Hare was absent. Also in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Margaret made a motion to approve the June 26, 2024 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.
Financial: Cathy made a motion to approve the payment of Vouchers #9132 and 9100, Margaret seconded.
Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs
New Business:
- FY 24/25 Budget Adoption approved and signed.
- Policy Services Advisory # 787 – Adopted.
- Policy Services Advisories # 788-791 – Reviewed.
- FY 2024-25 Crown King Grant Management Services IGA approved.
- FY 24/25 Budget Assessment
