REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
AND PUBLIC HEARING
July 13, 2023
Board Member, Cathy Beck, called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Member, Jana Hare was present by telephone. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was absent. Also in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Cathy made a motion to approve the June 14, 2023 meeting minutes, Jana seconded.
Financial: Cathy made a motion to approve ratification of Vouchers #9127 and #9100, Jana seconded.
Maintenance:
New Business:
- 23/24 Fiscal Year Budget adopted and signed.
- FY 23/24 YCESA Advice of Encumbrance – N/A
- FY 23/24 – Exceed M & O Budget Subsections – signed.
- FY 23/24 Execution of Warrants Between Board Meetings – signed.
- Library Lease signed. Will ask legal counsel to review.
