Approval of the Agenda and Minutes for April 9 and May 6, 2025. Christina Nisbet moved to approve and Wayne Adair seconded

F. Limited Call to the Public (President) –

• The public is invited to speak about any agenda item.
• There is a limit of three (3) minutes per speaker and 20 minutes total.
• Request to speak must be in writing and provided to the School Secretary at the beginning of the meeting or prior to any agenda item.
• The President has absolute discretion over procedural matters.
• The Board may waive their “Public Participation Policy” as it applies to all speakers.
• Members of the public may indicate their support or opposition to a topic, in writing, that will be noted and entered into the record.

• The Board may not respond to comments from the public, but may ask the facilitator to respond or place the item on a future agenda.

1.  Board tabled the Maintenance Job Description/Chart – until next board meeting.

2.  Christina Nisbet moved to accept the Custodial Job Description/Chart and Wayne Adair seconded

3. Board Received resignation – Job to be posted – Christina Nisbet moved to post Job Wayne Adair seconded

B. Administrative Assistant Job Description and Transition Plan – Reviewed

             1. Board reviewed current Administrative Assistant Job Description -updating- Christina Nisbet moved to table at this time Wayne Adair seconded

2. Transition Plan – Tabled at this time – Christina Nisbet moved to table at this time Wayne Adair seconded

3. Board Received resignation – Christina Nisbet moved to post job Wayne Adair seconded

C. Review Contract/Notice of Employment/Job description for Instructional Aide –  Christina Nisbet moved to accept and Wayne Adair seconded.
D. Review Evaluation forms – Board Administrative Assistant to reach out to Kelli Burns at the County Office for recommended schedule and input on how to schedule. – Christina Nisbet moved to table to get more            information Wayne Adair seconded

E. ASBAIT Prepay Option – Review – Board moved to decline the prepay option- Christina Nisbet moved to decline and Wayne Adair seconded

     2. Specific items of District business:

A. Review Truth in Taxation and Related Letter for mailing – Christina Nisbet moved to Accept and Wayne Adair seconded

B. Annual Blanket Purchase Order – Signed by Board members- Christina Nisbet, Jana Hare and Wayne Adair

C. Execution of Warrants Between Meeting – Signed by Board members- Christina Nisbet, Jana Hare and Wayne Adair

D. Expense Voucher Statement of Authorization – Approved/ Signed by Board members-  Christina Nisbet, Jana Hare and Wayne Adair

E. Payroll Statement of Authorization – Approved /Signed by Board members- Christina Nisbet, Jana Hare and Wayne Adair

1. Notice of Employment for Trash/Maintenance to be rescinded as now part of the Custodial Job job description for FY 25/26. Wayne Adair motioned and Christina Nisbet

seconded

The next meeting will be held (tentatively on) July 9, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Crown King Elementary School Office.
