REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

AND PUBLIC

June 14, 2023

Board Member, Cathy Beck, called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M.  Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was present.  Board Member, Jana Hare was absent. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson, Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Pledge of Allegiance

Minutes:  Cathy made a motion to approve the June 7, 2023 meeting minutes, Margaret seconded.

Financial:  Margaret made a motion to approve ratification of Vouchers #9122 – 9125, Cathy seconded.

Maintenance: The board agreed that the playground should be closed during construction.

Head Teacher Report

New Business:

1. Proposed 23/24 Fiscal Year Budget approved and signed.
2. FY23-24 YCESA Execution of Warrants Between Meetings approved and signed.
3. FY23-24 YCESA Advice of Encumbrance approved and signed.
4. Annual Blanket Purchase Order approved and signed.
5. 2023/2024 Trust Proposal Acceptance (PAF) and Alliance Coverage Acceptance Forms

approved and signed.

1. 2022/23 and 2023/24 Classified Staffing Agreements were approved and signed.
2. E-Rate Agreement was signed.
3. Library Lease Conflict of Interest Waiver was approved and signed.

Next meeting scheduled for July 13, 2023.
