REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

AND PUBLIC HEARING

June 26, 2024

Board President, Cathy Beck called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Members, Margaret Henningsen and Jana Hare were present.  Also in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Pledge of Allegiance

Minutes:  Margaret made a motion to approve the May 15, 2024 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.

Financial:  Cathy made a motion to approve the ratification of Vouchers #9130 and 9131, Margaret seconded.

Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs

New Business:

1. FY 24/25 Budget Proposal approved and signed.
2. FY 23/24 YCESA Advice of Encumbrance signed.
3. FY 23/24 – Exceed M & O Budget Subsections signed.
4. FY 23/24 Execution of Warrants Between Board Meetings signed.
5. 2024/25 Classified Staffing agreements were signed.
6. First read Policy Services Advisory # 787 reviewed.
