SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

March 20, 2025

Board President Christina Nisbet called the meeting to order at 3:02 P.M. Wayne Adair seconded.

Board President, Christina Nisbet and Board Members, Wayne Adair and Jana Hare were present. Also in attendance were Administrative Assistants, Sue Hite, and Carolyn Beall.

New Business:

Board Member Training was presented by Barbara U’Ren

The training adjourned at 5:09 PM.  Barbara U’Ren and Steve King left the meeting.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (Reason 5) an Executive Session was called to order at 5:15 PM

for Certified Employee Contract finalization.

The Executive Session adjourned at 5:55 P.M. and the board readjourned to the Special Meeting at 5:55 P.M.  Christina Nisbet made a motion to approve the Certified Employee contract, Wayne Adair seconded.

Christina Nisbet made a motion for Meeting to adjourned at 6:30 PM. Wayne Adair approved.
