Board President, Cathy Beck, called the meeting to order at 4:40 P.M. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was present. Board Member, Jana Hare was absent. Also in attendance was Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

- The board discussed the FY 2023/24 Budget and plan to revisit this at the next board meeting scheduled for May 10, 2023.
- ESSER II Budget revisions were discussed.
