REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
November 20, 2024
Board President, Cathy Beck called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. Board Members, Jana Hare and Margaret Henningsen were present by phone. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Margaret made a motion to approve the October 7, 2024 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.
Correspondence: Board received a resignation letter from Cathy Beck.
Financial: Cathy made a motion to approve the payment of Voucher #9111 and ratification of Voucher
#9110, Jana seconded.
Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs
Danny is repairing the teacherage septic line.

- Policy Services Advisories # 801-807 – Adopted.
- Classified Employee work agreement was signed for the Administrative Assistant position.
