REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
October 7, 2024
Board President, Cathy Beck called the meeting to order at 4:15 P.M. Board Member, Jana Hare was present. Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was absent. Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes: Jana made a motion to approve the September 9, 2024 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.
Correspondence: Board received a resignation letter, effective December 31, 2024, from Margaret Henningsen.
Financial: Cathy made a motion to approve the payment of Voucher #9108 and ratification of Voucher
#9107, Jana seconded.
Maintenance: Teacherage repairs, School Safety Improvements, School repairs
Go To Services were hired by The Trust to begin hail damage repairs October 11, 2024.
The basketball equipment donated by the Hare family will not work with this court.

New Business:
- Policy Services Advisories # 801-807 – Reviewed.
- 2024 Annual Financial Report adopted.
- Classified Employee work agreement was signed for the custodial position.
