REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Kris Gray at 4:00 P.M. Board Member, Cathy Beck was present.  Board Member, Margaret Henningsen was absent.  Also in attendance were Head Teacher, Shannon Olson and Administrative Assistant, Sue Hite.

Minutes:

Kris made a motion to approve the September 21, 2022 meeting minutes, Cathy seconded.

Financial:

Kris made a motion to approve Accounts Payable Voucher #9107 and ratification of Accounts Payable Voucher #9106, Cathy seconded.

Maintenance

Head Teacher Report:

Kris will contact YCESA concerning administrative support.

1. ESSER II grant – Discussed budget revisions.

3. Policy JLIE – Adopted
4. Discussed purchase of generator
