F. No Limited Call to the Public (President)

• The public is invited to speak about any agenda item.
• There is a limit of three (3) minutes per speaker and 20 minutes total.
• Request to speak must be in writing and provided to the School Secretary at the beginning of the meeting or prior to any agenda item.
• The President has absolute discretion over procedural matters.
• The Board may waive their “Public Participation Policy” as it applies to all speakers.
• Members of the public may indicate their support or opposition to a topic, in writing, that will be noted and entered into the record.

1. Consent Agenda items:
A. Yavapai County Attorney’s Office Waiver – Signed by Christina                 Nisbet – Approved Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded

B. Custodian Job Description – Review – Reviewed changes are necessary – Tabled to be updated and reviewed at next regular scheduled board meeting

C. Maintenance Worker Job Description – Review – Reviewed changes are necessary – Tabled to be updated and reviewed at next regular scheduled board meeting

D. Teacherage plumbing Issue- Plumber scheduled- Plumber estimated $2,500 for Repair will schedule date once parts arrive. Approved by Wayne Adair and Christina Nisbet seconded

E. Administration Support transition timeline – Discussion – Draft of job description and transition plan – to be provided for review at next regular scheduled board meeting. Tabled to be reviewed at next regular scheduled board meeting. Approved by Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded.

2. Specific items of District business:
A. Notice of Employment for Shannon Olson for assistance for new Teacher -Action –  Approved – Notice of Employment for Head Teacher Consultant signed.  Approved by Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded.

B. Budget discussion action – Discussion / Action

a. Wi-Fi reinstating cost for student systems. Approved by Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded.

b. summer hours for teachers’ administrative needs – Teacher contract being revised and approved by Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded

c. Review Teacher Assistant contract – hours/duties-hours and duties revised.   Approved by Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded.

d. Extend Teacher insurance to fiscal year cost. Approved by Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded.

e. Cost of School supplies and cleaning supplies- Reviewed- Board approved new teacher spending up to 1000.00 dollars

f. Review Teacher contract. – Teacher contract being revised and approved by Christina Nisbet and Wayne Adair seconded

H. Information and Discussion items (Matters about which the Board may engage in discussion but will take no action during meeting)

B. Yavapai County News Letters – Board will review to see if they are getting these if not, they will be forwarded to them in the future.
